Streets reopen near NLV Police headquarters after suspicious package

North Las Vegas Police have reopened streets near their headquarters after a suspicious package found this morning was deemed safe.

Police had shut down portions of Lake Mead Boulevard and Bruce Street near the building. The suspicious package was found shortly after 7:30 a.m., officials said.

Police said the package was found outside of the building. Authorities weren't releasing other details about what was found.
