He was last seen Friday on a bicycle, wearing a wig, a camouflage hat and black-and-gray gloves – and he had just robbed a northwest valley bank.
Now, authorities are asking for the public’s help in learning the man's real identity.
The robbery took place about 2:10 p.m. Friday at a bank near Craig Road and Jones Boulevard, according to a Metro Police news release issued Tuesday. The suspect entered the bank and presented a teller with a note demanding money. After the teller complied, the suspect fled on a dark-colored, mountain-style bicycle.
Police describe the suspect as a white male, about 35 to 40 years old, standing 5-feet-8 to 5-feet-9 and weighing between 165 and 175 pounds. He was last seen clean-shaven and wearing a shaggy gray wig, a camouflage hat, black-and-gray gloves, a long-sleeve dark shirt and dark pants.
