An inmate who died at the Clark County Detention Center early Saturday has been identified as 51-year-old Ona Sean Grimes, the Clark County Coroner’s Office reported.
The coroner has not determined Grimes’ official cause and manner of death, officials said.
Metro Police said it appeared Grimes died following a medical episode that occurred shortly after midnight Saturday. No other details were released.
