We are all closely following the feats of the teenage baseball star, Las Vegas' own Bryce Harper. But before we stuff the ballot box to make him an all-star this month let's all take a breath. Consider another teenage star: Bob Feller. He tossed three no-hitters in his teens, won a World Series ring in 1948, a pennant in 1954 and breezed into the Hall of Fame on the first ballot. Let's see what Harper can achieve deeper into his career: maybe a batting title, a World Series ring and a pennant for the Washington Nationals without the devil intervening on their behalf. Let's watch and cheer him on to a great future, and let him mature at his own pace.
