A motorist is in critical condition after hitting a block wall in a residential area of the northwest valley, Metro Police said.
The crash happened about 12:45 p.m. on North Durango Drive after the driver suffered a possible medical episode, Metro Police spokesman Bill Cassell said. The driver was taken to Centennial Hills Hospital.
Traffic was blocked at the intersection of North Durango Drive and Centennial Parkway as police investigated, Cassell said.
