Regardless of Carl Tobias’ continued insistence in his piece Sunday that Judge Elissa Cadish be approved for the federal bench, it will not happen. Too many are aware of her position on the Second Amendment and her poor attempt to correct it with her excuse about “unsettled law.” She did not support one of the basic rights of all citizens of this republic. Sen. Dean Heller was correct in his position not to support her. Pick another nominee.
