I notice that Jon Corzine, New Jersey’s former Democratic governor and U.S. senator, will likely not be prosecuted in the MF Global case. Take note, everyone who thinks our economic problems are somehow due to a lack of government oversight and regulation.
More than $1 billion of investments goes missing, nobody seems to know where, and the CEO essentially gets a free pass because he claims he simply doesn’t know what happened. This one can’t be blamed on the Bush administration.
