Bradley Randle signs with Vikings

John Lotulelei’s NFL journey will begin with the Seattle Seahawks.

The former UNLV linebacker, who last season was a first-team all Mountain West Conference selection, agreed to a free agent contract Saturday with Seattle hours after not being selected in the NFL Draft.

The 5-foot-11, 235-pound Lotulelei finished last season with 120 tackles, which was the 10th-best mark in Rebel single-season history.

Also late Saturday, running back Bradley Randle signed a free agent contract with the Minnesota Vikings. Randle rushed for 635 yards and eight touchdowns in 2012.

At 5-foot-7 and 190 pounds, Randle was a long shot to be selected, and some questioned why he declared for the draft with one year of eligibility left at UNLV.

Check out the Youtube video Randle's family posted documenting the phone call he received from Minnesota officials.
