A small fire broke out this morning on a private plane at McCarran International Airport.
The fire was quickly extinguished, airport spokesman Chris Jones said.
The small Hawker aircraft’s operators noticed smoke coming from the dashboard when they started the airplane about 6 a.m., Jones said. Traffic at the airport was not disrupted, he said.
