A man is in the hospital after being shot in the head early Friday afternoon, according to Metro Police.
The shooting occurred around 1:30 p.m. in the 6400 block of West Roy Rogers Drive, near North Torrey Pines Drive and West Alexander Road.
The victim was taken to University Medical Center, and his status had not been updated, Metro Police spokesman Larry Hadfield said.
Metro Police are searching for suspects but do not have a description available at this time.
