Rollover crash
A truck rolled over near the Terminal 1 entrance outside McCarran International Airport this morning, critically injuring a man.
Metro Police said Justin Lawson, 23, was driving a Nissan Titan north on Paradise Road, also known as the McCarran Airport Connector, and approaching the Terminal 1 ramp when he struck a rail on the inside shoulder just south of Flight Path Avenue. The pickup landed on its roof over the rail just before 1 a.m.
Lawson was rushed to University Medical Center with life-threatening injuries.
No other details about the wreck were available Saturday.
