A three-vehicle crash Tuesday closed one lane of Interstate 15 North near Sahara Avenue and backed up traffic for several miles.
The crash occurred about 2 p.m. and involved a Ford pickup truck and two Nissan Altima sedans, Nevada Highway Patrol Trooper Loy Hixson said.
One person was transported to University Medical Center with injuries that were not life threatening, he said.
Northbound traffic on I-15 was backed up to Tropicana Avenue. All travel lanes should be reopened by about 4 p.m., Hixson said.
