A driver was found dead Tuesday morning after crashing into a light pole on Town Center Drive, near Havenwood Lane.
Metro Police responded to the wreck about 4:50 a.m. A sedan had crashed into a light pole while traveling south on Town Center Drive, Metro Police officials said.
The driver was pronounced dead at the scene.
Southbound lanes on Town Center Drive were closed between Desert Primrose and Havenwood lanes, officials said.
Police were investigating the cause of the crash.
