Rollover leaves woman critical, closes U.S. 95 near Charleston Boulevard

A woman is in critical condition Thursday after her car rolled over on U.S. 95 near Charleston Boulevard.

Nevada Highway Patrol responded to the single vehicle rollover about 6:50 p.m. The woman was transported to University Medical Center with a head injury, Trooper Jeremie Elliott said.

U.S. 95 northbound at Charleston Boulevard was reopened about 10:30 p.m., according to the Regional Transportation Commission. Nevada Highway Patrol is investigating the cause of the crash.
