Fatal accident
A pedestrian was killed this evening after being struck by a vehicle.
Metro Police Lt. John Liberty said the person was hit about 8:30 p.m. in the 3300 block of Cutty Sark Street, near West Desert Inn Road and Durango Drive.
No other details about the wreck were available immediately late Thursday.
