Head-on crash at Desert Inn crossroad results in injuries

Injury accident

One person was injured this morning in a collision between a minivan and a sedan at Desert Inn Road and McLeod Drive, authorities reported.

Metro responded about 10 a.m. to reports of a crash and injuries at the intersection. One person was transported to Sunrise Hospital and Medical Center with injuries that were not considered life-threatening.

Metro is investigating the incident.
