LETTER TO THE EDITOR:

Put legislators to the test

Tue, Sep 24, 2013 (2:01 a.m.)

This is hindsight, but it could have helped had it been in place prior to the August recess afforded to Congress:

All members of Congress, along with President Barack Obama’s entire Cabinet, should have been required to take home the entire 2,700-page Affordable Care Act. Any who failed the examination would be subject to full public exposure.
