North Las Vegas firefighters were battling a fire at recycling center this afternoon.
Firefighters were called about 3 p.m. to Vegas Shredder in the 5800 block of North Nellis Boulevard, near Interstate 15.
An unidentified employee at the center said the fire was confined to piles of tin.
