Body found
Homicide detectives are examining a body that was found this afternoon inside an apartment in the eastern Las Vegas Valley.
Metro Police Officer Bill Cassell said the body was found about 1 p.m. in the 4400 block of Jimmy Durante Boulevard, just south of East Harmon Avenue.
The person’s death was ruled a homicide, though no other details about the discovery were available late Friday.
