A man died this morning after crashing his car into a pole, according to Metro Police.
The wreck was reported at 4:17 a.m. in the 1900 block of East Warm Springs Road, near Spencer Street.
A man driving a silver sedan crashed into the pole on the side of the road, Officer Jose Hernandez said.
No one else was in the car, and there were no witnesses, police said. The man was taken to a local hospital, but died from his injuries.
