The Clark County Coroner's Office has identified the man who was found dead in a Henderson municipal pool July 17.
Daniel Ross Jeffries, 58, of Henderson was discovered by an employee of the Wells Outdoor Swimming Pool at around 7 a.m.
Police do not suspect foul play, according to city of Henderson spokeswoman Kathleen Richards.
Jeffries' exact cause of death is still being determined.
