Traffic was flowing again this afternoon after an overturned box truck that was blocking traffic on a southern 215 Beltway ramp near Interstate 15 was cleared, the Nevada Highway Patrol said.
The ramp was cleared about 1:45 p.m., officials said.
Troopers received reports at 10:49 a.m. today of the overturned truck on the ramp connecting eastbound 215 traffic to I-15 North, Trooper Loy Hixson said.
The truck was carrying ice.
The driver was not seriously injured and was not taken to the hospital, Hixson said.
Traffic was diverted onto the right shoulder of the ramp until the wreck could be cleared, Hixson said.
