I was glad to hear President Barack Obama say he wasn’t going to send more troops in to try to stave off the wave of insurgents pressing down on Baghdad. Instead he is considering aircraft — we can hope with bombs dropping and guns blazing.
We have the technology and airpower so that troops don’t have to be sent in. Let’s use our power from the sky and clean house before there is a threat of a WWIII.
