A man was found dead this morning after a reported shooting in the northwest valley, Metro Police said.
Police received reports about 9 a.m. of a shooting in the 6900 block of West Welsh Circle, near North Rainbow Boulevard and West Alexander Road, Officer Larry Hadfield said.
Officers found an unresponsive man with an apparent gunshot wound in a driveway, Hadfield said.
The man was pronounced dead at the scene. No arrests have been made, Hadfield said.
