A suspicious bag found unattended next to a downtown building this morning has been deemed safe, Metro Police said.
Police received a call about 8 a.m. of the bag near South 4th Street and Lewis Avenue, Officer Jose Hernandez said. It was deemed safe by the Metro Police armor section, Hernandez said.
