As you drive in Las Vegas, there are hundreds of mailboxes.
Can someone please explain why the majority of these are located in red zones or no-stopping or parking areas?
I guess they make it easy for mail trucks to stop in the street and pick up mail; however, I doubt there is a single letter in these mailboxes.
