A Las Vegas woman hit a jackpot worth more than $1 million Saturday night while playing a $1 Wheel of Fortune slot machine at the Aliante casino.
Lisa Schmitz, a frequent visitor to the casino, received a check for a little more than $1.27 million, according to a news release. The machine is her favorite to play at the North Las Vegas casino, the release said.
