A 28-year-old man was shot to death in the parking lot of a convenience store early this morning in North Las Vegas, according to police.
Officers were called about 1 a.m. to the 2700 block of North Las Vegas Boulevard North, near East Evans Avenue, where the man got into a confrontation with a group of people, North Las Vegas Police said.
The victim was shot by a person with a handgun and was later taken to University Medical Center, where he died, police said. No arrests have been made.
The Clark County Coroner’s Office will release the man’s name.
