Authorities say a 60-year-old North Las Vegas woman missing for a week has been found in an area church a day after police sought the public's help finding her.

North Las Vegas Police Sgt. Chrissie Coon said Friday that police officers from a neighboring agency found Audrey Pamela Thrash in a church earlier that day.

Thrash's family has told police that the woman has the mental capacity of a 12-year-old and was last seen boarding a shuttle bus to Opportunity Village the morning of March 12.

Coon says she doesn't know what church Thrash was found in or where she was days before police found her.
