A break in a fire hydrant supply line that has restricted lanes on Eastern Avenue since Sunday should be fixed by this evening, a Las Vegas Valley Water District spokesman said.
Two of three northbound lanes on Eastern Avenue were closed after the break near Stewart Avenue, spokesman Damon Hodge said.
Water pooled on the side of the road Sunday before it could be shut off, he said. The cause of break has not been determined, he said.
