Patrons were evacuated from the Sands Expo and Convention Center on Thursday evening after a fire broke out at a vendor booth, according to the Clark County Fire Department.
Fire crews were called about 8:15 p.m. to the fire at 201 Sands Avenue, near Koval Lane, according to the Clark County Fire Department.
Las Vegas Fire & Rescue also responded.
No injuries were reported.
Crews on scene saw light smoke and were able to extinguish the fire, limiting its damage to the booth, according to the Clark County Fire Department.
Fire crews are working with center personnel to ventilate the structure, the department said.
The cause of the fire is being investigated, and a damage estimate was not immediately available.
