Heavy traffic is causing delays on southbound Interstate 15, from St. Rose Parkway through Primm to California, as motorists head back home after the Thanksgiving weekend, according to the Regional Transportation Commission.
An alert sent out by the RTC at 12:08 p.m. states the delays are expected to continue through the late evening.
