A man and a juvenile are facing a murder charge following a lengthy investigation into the death of a military veteran who suffered fatal injuries in a beating earlier this year, according to Henderson police.
Robert Gamboa, 71, died several months after the April 2 incident in the 100 block of Water Street, police said.
Anthony Andolina, 20, was arrested on Friday on a murder warrant, police said. The unidentified youth was arrested the following day.
Gamboa had argued with a group of people before he was attacked by the suspects, according to police, who were called about 9:20 p.m.
