An altercation in a parking lot of an east valley casino Saturday night left two people with gunshot wounds, according to Metro Police.
Police and medics responded late Saturday to 4111 Boulder Highway, Lt. Chris Holmes said. Both gunshot victims were hospitalized with survivable wounds, he said.
Two people have been detained and everyone involved has been identified, Holmes said. Further information was not available early Sunday.
