A fugitive indicted in a widespread racketeering case in Ohio — which includes slayings — is known to frequent Las Vegas, according to the federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives agency.

On Thursday the federal agency reminded the public that Thomas Seals, also known as “Bhomo,” is still on the run. ATF is offering a $5,000 reward for tips leading to his capture.

The 24-year-old is known to travel between Las Vegas, San Francisco and Columbus. Seals is the only one of 19 suspects indicted in late October who hasn’t been captured, officials said.

The indicted suspects, associates of the Crips gang, are accused in a racketeering conspiracy, which includes five slayings, multiple attempted murders, drug-trafficking and other violent crimes, officials said.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts can contact ATF at 1-800-283-4867 and online at [email protected] or atf.gov/contacts/atftips.
