Jurists don’t act like Kavanaugh

Regarding the recent testimony of Christine Blasey Ford and Brett Kavanaugh, there is wide spread agreement that Ford was emotionally authentic. By contrast, Kavanaugh was chewing the scenery from the moment he sat down. He was eventually followed by another man, Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-S.C.

The accused even had the nerve to say he was praying for his accuser — that from a man who avoided watching her testimony. The spectacle of an eminent jurist, culpable or not, becoming shockingly intemperate should have disqualified him from confirmation.
