Local pub giant PT’s Entertainment Group has purchased Las Vegas mainstay T-Bird Lounge & Restaurant’s three valley locations.

The acquisition was completed on Monday. PT’s is taking over the trio of locations at 6560 W. Warm Springs Road, 9465 S. Eastern Ave. and 8780 W. Lindell Road, the company announced today.

After 28 years of ownership, T-Bird co-founders Mary Alice Rasmuson and Butch Jensen decided to sell the properties.

“It’s been an incredible ride, and we are so thankful to everyone who has supported T-Bird’s. It is with great pride that we pass the torch to PT’s,” Rasmuson said in a statement.

PT’s Entertainment has a portfolio of 60 taverns in Las Vegas Valley, including PT’s Pub, PT’s Gold, Sierra Gold and others.

“T-Bird’s has long been a staple in the Las Vegas community, and we’re excited to welcome them to PT’s Entertainment Group,” Blake L. Sartini II, senior vice president of distributed gaming for Golden Entertainment Inc., said in a statement.

PT’s Entertainment is a division of Golden Entertainment, which owns seven casinos in Southern Nevada, including the Stratosphere.
