Room reservations for NoMad Las Vegas are now available for booking.

The luxury hotel, located on the top floors of the newly renamed and remodeled Park MGM — formerly Monte Carlo — will host its soft opening Oct. 12.

The 293-room hotel includes a high-limit casino, a Moroccan-style pool, a NoMad bar and NoMad restaurant.

Food and beverage offerings at NoMad were created by award-winning chef Dabiel Humm and restaurateur Will Guidara.

The art on display throughout the property is developed and curated by the Sydell Group in partnership with Paris-based design studio Be-poles, which have been an integral part of the NoMad hotels from inception.

"We're thrilled to bring the unique culture of NoMad to Las Vegas and to be again collaborating with our friends, Will Guidara and Daniel Humm," said Andrew Zobler, founder and CEO of the Sydell Group, which manages NoMad properties.

The hotel’s guest rooms have a residential feel, with many featuring signature NoMad freestanding bathtubs. Each room features custom-designed furnishings and original artwork, which is typical of NoMad properties.

NoMad also has locations in New York and Los Angeles.

Bookings can be made here.
