Authorities in Las Vegas have arrested a man linked to a case involving voicemail threats directed at a Catholic parish school.

Todd Pomeroy, 56, was transported to the Clark County Detention Center on three counts of threatening to cause bodily harm or death to a pupil or school employee via oral, written or electronic communication.

St. Viator Catholic School was closed Monday after Metro Police said the former employee left a voicemail characterized as a threat. The exact threat has not yet been described.

St. Viator is a K-8 school east of the Las Vegas Strip and has about 500 students.

No other suspects are being sought at this time, according to Metro.

Classes are scheduled to resume Tuesday.
