In the Jan. 29 letter “Why suddenly an emergency?,” the writer asked when and what took place that caused this national emergency calling for a border wall.
A better question would be: What has changed since 1995? Both Clintons, Barack Obama, Chuck Schumer and other Democrats expounded on a need for a border wall. Now they are declaring a made-up crisis and the immorality of a wall.
What changed?
