In only a season and a half, the Vegas Golden Knights have brought dozens of celebrities and entertainers up to the Fortress to crank the siren with hosts Mark Shunock and Wayne “Big D” Danielson and get the T-Mobile Arena fans fired up before the puck drops. Remember when Criss Angel and Lil Jon did the honors before Game 1 of the Stanley Cup Finals? Saturday night’s big win over Nashville was marked by one of the loudest ovations yet for Michael J. Fox, who was in town for a golf weekend with friends and took the time to don a Knights jersey and make some memories at T-Mobile.

More celeb sightings: MMA fighter Amanda Lucas, daughter of George Lucas, enjoyed “Absinthe” at Caesars Palace Friday night; actor and TV host Mario Lopez had his mind blown at Criss Angel’s “Mindfreak” performance at Planet Hollywood on Friday; TV and film favorite Chazz Palminteri partied at Tao Nightclub at the Venetian Saturday night; and snowboarding superstar Shaun White and his Phantogram-fronting girlfriend rocker Sarah Barthel celebrated her birthday Saturday night at On the Record at Park MGM with club operators Jonnie and Mark Houston, actors Milo Ventimiglia and Wilmer Valderrama and British pop star Rita Ora.

The annual Big Blues Bender has been rocking and rolling at the Plaza in downtown Las Vegas in recent years and building momentum. Now it’s moving on up. The festival’s sixth annual event will be held September 5-8 at the Hard Rock Hotel. “There is no better home for the Bender than the Hard Rock,” said founder and CEO AJ Gross. “The venues are outstanding, the amenities are world-class, and the spectacular resort environment will make this Bender a luxurious experience Blues fans will never want to leave.”
