The city of Henderson will begin road improvements Monday on Valle Verde Drive between Horizon Ridge Parkway and Warm Springs Road, resulting in occasional lane reductions and closures through October, officials announced.
The project will include work on the road, streetlights, curbs, gutters, sidewalks, signs and landscaping, officials said.
Lane restrictions will be in place at various times for the duration of the project, which is expected to be finished in October, officials said.
Funding of just under $5.4 million comes from the Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada and the city's Department of Utility Services.
