DAVID LEE ROTH Diamond Dave debuted his new House of Blues residency Wednesday night with a slew of Van Halen hits like “Panama” and “Jump” and a few of his favorite recordings as a solo artist, “Just Like Paradise” and the classic cover “Just a Gigolo.” He even threw in a little Elvis, naturally. “David Lee Roth Rocks Vegas” continues at Mandalay Bay this weekend. LIVERPOOL LEGENDS In case you haven’t noticed, the M Resort at the southern tip of the Vegas Valley has been expanding and diversifying its entertainment offerings in recent months.
