The current president likes to use the words “believe me,” going back to the run-up to his election.
But it is hard to believe him when has made more than 15,000 false comments since taking office, and there are more every day.
Among the topics of his lies have been: employment, deficits, larger pay checks, great new trade deals, better environment, lower taxes, transparency, lower costs of presidential travels, more time in the office and less on golf courses, replacing the Affordable Care Act with better coverage and lower costs, appointing only the best people to Cabinet positions, knowing more than United States generals, getting out of dumb wars, bringing the troops home, his “perfect” phone call to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy and more.
At recent rallies, he’s said “I don’t feel impeached.” I don’t believe him.
