A visitor to South Point walked away with close to a half-million dollars after playing a slot machine on Sunday.
The player, who chose to remain anonymous, won a jackpot worth $464,287 on a 25-cent Wheel of Fortune game, according to a South Point spokeswoman.
The South Point gambler is only the latest to win a large jackpot on a Wheel of Fortune game in Las Vegas.
Earlier this month, a slots player at Excalibur won $5.5 million on a Wheel of Fortune machine. The Wheel of Fortune games are manufactured by International Game Technology.
