A woman was fatally stabbed Monday night after an argument outside an east valley home, according to Metro Police.
The stabbing was reported about 6:15 p.m. in the 5400 block of Club House Drive, near Sahara Avenue and Nellis Boulevard.
The victim and the suspect were arguing in the backyard of the home when the suspect stabbed the victim and fled the area, police said.
The suspect had not been located, police said.
The victim, who was found unresponsive in the front yard, was taken to Sunrise Hospital and Medical Center, where she was pronounced dead, according to police.
The Clark County Coroner’s Office will release the victim’s name.
