Two restaurants at Paris Las Vegas will terminate close to 150 jobs in December, according to state records.

In separate letters Monday to Nevada employment officials, Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises Inc. said it planned to cut 96 full-time jobs at Mon Abi Gabi and 53 full-time positions at the Eiffel Tower Restaurant.

The layoffs will be permanent, the company said. Both restaurants will remain open.

The company said “COVID-19-related governmental orders” impacted the businesses “gravely.”

Under state coronavirus safety guidelines, restaurants are allowed to operate at no more than 50% occupancy.
