A 46-year-old pedestrian suffered life-threatening injuries this morning when he was hit by a semi-truck in south Las Vegas, according to Metro Police.
The incident was reported about 4:40 a.m. at Sunset Road and Valley View Boulevard, police said.
The man was crossing the intersection against the light when he was hit by the truck, which was headed east on Sunset with a green light, police said.
The pedestrian was taken to University Medical Center, where he was in critical condition , police said.
The incident was under investigation, police said.
