The country’s biggest corporations have begun to object to the Republican Party’s attack on American democracy.
AT&T, Delta Airlines, Southwest Airlines and Coca-Cola are not listening to the excuses given by Republicans for their draconian voter suppression laws. They are calling them exactly what they are — anti-democratic laws to suppress the voices of non-Republican voters.
Apparently, white supremacy and undemocratic government rule are not seen as friendly to big business. If in fact these corporations are sincere, their loss to the Republican Party will mean the end of that party’s viability in American politics.
