UNlV commit Jayden Maiava completed 16 of 21 passes for 260 yards and four touchdowns in Liberty’s 40-0 victory against Canyon Springs.
Maiava connected twice with Germie Bernard on scoring strikes, and once each with Ethan Hilliard and Anthony Jones.
Freshman Champ Kapanui added two rushing scores.
“It was a much cleaner effort in comparison to Week 1,” Liberty coach Rich Muraco said.
